Industrial freezing equipment is for freezing and cooling fresh products, including shrimp, seafood, poultry, vegetables, fruits and so on. The spiral freezer is most popular and usually freezing capacity is 1 ton per hour. Sizes would be based on your site.
1# Spiral freezer
With the conveyor belt, the fresh products would be under powerful cold air in every sides. Robust design, space saving and easy to operate. The CIP system is good to clean the belt after daily work. Based on different foods, we’ll use either stainless steel belt or plastic belt. And based on the capacity and site space, we’ll use single spiral or double spiral.
2# Tunnel freezer
This freezer also have a conveyor belt, but it’s straight type. The cold air goes around the products both sides. Need more space and usually it’s about 12 meter.
3# Fluidized bed freezer
Compared to above tunnel freezer, this freezer is having better performance by using ever powerful fan motors. The food flow up and get better shape and looking. It’s best for shrimp and cut foods, etc.
