These evaporators have very special coil arrangement. So compared to the normal cubic evaporators, it has much stronger fan motors, more air flow and higher air speed. Running temperature would be -35~-50℃. Usually it’s for blast freezer, spiral freezer and IQF, etc.
1# Floor mounted evaporator with top blowing fan motors
Air flow would be better as the food lading is not possible to block the fan motors. Capacity could be up to 135KW each.
2# Vertical evaporators with side blowing fan motors
It’s better price and easier installation. But capacity is no more than 60KW for each coil.
3# Roof mounted evaporators
It will save more space as the coil won’t take any space on the floor. But installation would be harder as this blast freezing evaporator is very heavy and big sizes.
- These are just our standard models. If they’re not suitable for you, we could design a new one.
- Air flow could be based on what you need, by using suitable fan motors.
- Defrosting could be heaters, water or hot gas, etc.
4# More details:
Quality is very important for both of us. So we use the best production lines and tools, knowledgeable engineers and skillful workers, etc. Warranty for equipment is 1 year.
For the compnents, we’ll use Danfoss expansion valve, Danfoss solenoid valve. Including the oil separator and suction accumulator, so as to protect the compressor.
