These screw compressor units are using German Bitzer brand, HSN, HSK and CSH series compressors. Horsepower from 30HP to 320HP. Oil cooling is very important, so we’ll use smart and PLC control. These units are popular for contact plate freezer, and other freezing equipment.

Below data is based on evaporation temperature -5℃, condensing temperature +45℃ (Air cooled), gas R404A, voltage 380V/3P/50Hz.
1-2# Medium temperature screw compressor units (Bitzer HSK screw)
HSK screw compressor is semi hermetic. Its motor has better cooling than the CSH compressor.
2# Low temperature screw compressor units (Bitzer HSN screw)
Below data is based on evaporation temperature -45℃, condensing temperature +45℃ (Air cooled), gas R404A, voltage 380V/3P/50Hz.
- For voltage 220V/3P/60Hz, 380V/3P/60Hz and 440V/3P/60Hz, these compressor data is not same. To understand it quickly, its capacity and input is about 20% bigger.
- Each compressor rack could be equipped with up to 6 compressors.

Some Chinese suppliers may use poor quality compressors, but we guarantee that we only use the original new German Bitzer compressors.
What’s more, we’ll use Danfoss expansion valve, Danfoss solenoid valve. Adding the oil separator and suction accumulator, so as to protect the compressor.
